Regular Cleaning Checklist

On each of our cleanings, the following is completed to our high standards. Some items may not require attention every visit and will be rotated as required.

 

Maintenance cleaning are provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Listed below are the services provided during a routine maintenance cleaning:

Bathrooms

• Bath cleaned, rinsed and left shining

• Shower recess scrubbed, fittings and glass cleaned

• Mould treated and scrubbed

• Basin and Vanity scrubbed , all items removed and replaced

• Toilets scrubbed and disinfected, including base and behind

• Mirrors cleaned and polished

• Sills wiped down

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Ceiling / exhaust fan cleaned

• Light switches cleaned

• Tiles and fittings cleaned and left shining

• Waste bin cleaned and left shining

• Fingerprints wiped from door frames and light switches

Kitchen

• Stove top cleaned

• Bench tops and backsplash cleaned

• Cupboard fronts wiped down

• Exterior of refrigerator

• Inside and outside of microwave oven

• Sinks scrubbed and left shining

• Floor vacuumed and mopped

 

Bedrooms

• All furniture dusted

• Mirrors cleaned

• Carpets vacuumed including under bed if accessible

• Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped

• Wall marks cleaned on request

• Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Stairs, Hallways, Common Areas

• All furniture & picture frames dusted

• Walls marks spot cleaned on request

• Cushions straightened

• Lamp shades wiped down or dusted

• Glass tables & TV screens cleaned (Plasma's on request)

• Floors vacuumed and mopped
